PeriCoach will be marketed by majors and the IP value will be measured in increasing licence fee revenue. The market potential is huge, especially in the US. Can you not see the opportunity at an attractive issue price? Is there risk? Of course, as with any small cap beaten up, but IMO it is far less risk than at any previous time for ALT. Read the recent announcements carefully. If you don't take up new shares that is an individual decision of course, but do consider your fellow shareholders when voting. A positive vote will support the new direction. This also is the case with the Auto Start Burette.
