Mate,
Some of the shorts will cover some of their position today and some already closed as they entered their trade yesterday or three days ago and big traders will hit the price and triger stops all the way down and make the move more violent and small traders got hit only to see it goes up again and I have closed 50% of my positions yesterday as I did not like the look of the action and will reenter when the TA looks better, and most pros are still using margin, as you said interesting to see if it will start going up after 2 today or got worse again hmmmm DOW futures will influence some of the decision.
