Banks have been whipped badly --- none moreso than CBA, which peaked in April, like many socks and indices, but went on a decline since, never rallying back up--as many stocks and indices have.
Every attempt at a rally has been capped.
Here are some recent ranges, the yellow being the most common. On that range, it's completed the fall.
