    Spot on Dr Seuss.

The leverage that this deal gives to FSE is multiples higher than if it consolidated with CDS's big market cap.

Providing that FSE gets the boxes ticked quickly, this will have better gains short to medium term than what CDS will have IMO.

If the directors are half bright, they would stay focussed on these two tenements rather than spread themselves too thin.. else their oppies will expire worthless. Acquiring too many tenements at once is pointless if there are no funds to go forward on them.

I laugh at some peoples valuataion on so called superior stocks:they claim: " its sp is worth more cos they have uranium, gold and other interests as well". IMO it is worth less if a company spends its sparse cash drilling up all the various tenements when the market just wants to see one good project get to final stage ASAP. I could never understand last year why some good iron ore spec companies were still spending money looking for gold and uranium while their funds were low, and the whole market was itching to get iron ore results. Avoid companies run by geos that are fascinated by digging up rocks for the heck of it, rather than dedicated to aggressive company growth.

Id personally prefer to see the day that a stock starts producing, and FSE has a good JV partner that has the ability to deliver; IMO better and quicker than CDS's JV partner. Can't say I have seen aggressive company growth here yet.. but if management play the cards right here ( now that they have a project on the cards) we have huge potential ahead of us.

    Regards CT
