    Dear Cynata Supporter,

RE: COMPANY PRESENTATIONS IN USA AND JAPAN

Our recent announcements about the developing partnership with Fujifilm and the UK approval to commence our Phase 1 clinical trial have resonated very strongly around the world.

Yesterday Cynata presented as an invited company at the Cell & Gene Meeting on the Mesa held in La Jolla, California.  This year’s event attracted over 800 attendees, including senior executives from leading cell therapy, gene therapy and tissue engineering companies worldwide, large pharma and biotech, institutional investors, academic research institutions, patient foundations and disease philanthropies, life science media and more.

Cynata has also been invited to present at the Regenerative Medicine Crossroad in Tokyo and at the premier annual Asia pharmaceuticals and biotech industry event, BioJapan 2016, in Yokohama, both being held next week.  These events will substantially raise the visibility of the Company and its exciting progress to a broad and diverse industry and investor audience.  Associated with these presentations is a very busy schedule of one-on-one meetings during the week.

The invitations to these events underscore the significance of the Company’s recent achievements, in particular the world-first approval of an allogeneic therapeutic cell product derived from induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs); personally I have been delighted with the many congratulatory messages that we have received from all corners of the world.

On an operational level, our plans for dosing the first patient with CYP-001 and for closing our deal with Fujifilm remain entirely on schedule.

    Yours sincerely

    Ross Macdonald
