Fellow holders of CVY - have faith and buy some more shares!
One of CVY's largest holders has shown his faith in the company by acquring a substantial additional holding in the company.
Peter Palmedo through his Sun Valley Fund now holds an 8.27% interest in CVY. He picked up 6.22m of the 25.92m issued in the first tranche of shares.
It is reasonable to believe that when the 2nd tranche comes through he'd be picking up a similar amoiunt to maintain his control percentage. Assuming that is the case he would have invested an additional $1.2m of the $5m to be funded.
Very good to know we have a cornerstone investor that is supporting the company.
