Of course we have to trust Management. what else can we do!

BUT I will say one thing though. If there was no confidentiality clause with the settling of the NTMA then at the least we could have received some indications of SOMETHING as to the strength of OUR(Share-holders) claims.

There should be NO further C.Clauses in place imo.

Is the M&D C Matter just leverage or the real deal.

Can some one tell me that?

Share-holders have some rights.
