Looking at the shareholder substantial holders etc IMO the shareholders will have the opportunity to fulfill the proposition of removing current encumbents providing they all vote accordingly.

It may be hard on those involved in losing their positions but that is the nature of the job. Perform and shareholders will want to keep you, fail and expect the consequences.

IMO a change in the Board composition will only enhance the share price. Those lucky enough to have been accumulating shares at these low prices because of the latest debacle will no doubt reap the benefits.

Those long term holders just need to hang in there and ensure we have the right people directing the company. The shareprice will then find its real value.
