Rebel, I think you are a bit optimistic in your timeframe and commodity prices.
Having said that, there is another factor that may assist the OZL share price and that is what I call the "safe haven" effect.
Should the refinancing get done over a 2 - 3 year timeframe then OZL may be seen as a "safe haven" for investment in these troubled times thereby attracting more investors looking to the future where the current market subsides. THese future looking investors may push the share price higher even to $2 but I think it will be less.
For this "safe haven" effect to appear, investors would have to be confident that the loan facilities could be paid. THis would require, end to cashburn, keeping of and getting ito production SOON Prominent Hill.
I am in favour of selling Martabe due to the sovereign risk associated with it.
