I am watching closely the market depth and closing price for the last 2 month and I am sure the value of CDV is kept down by at least one of the bigger institutions....most likely goldfields. they try to suppress the share price as much they can to give us a low ball takeover offer very soon my guess. probably around the 70 to 80 cents I reckon. same happened to AVB today....suppressed the share-rice for a while now.....and Boom...takeover offer at a 100% premium.
my personal view on that, I wouldn't be happy with a take over price of under at least 1 to 1.2 $. I am wondering what you guys think would be a fair price for CDV?
