    It makes me wonder Weinstein whether they are holding to cash as long as possible to draw some interest from parties for a T/O, or they are so carefull because of the stuff up (oops sorry all GFC fault) they dont want to make the wrong decisions.
    I am still not convinced the right people are running the company.
