Thanks for the update.

You say the Judge wondered where the savvy investors of $1.5 million were. Do you remember whether the 'humble' legal representive had anything to say on this matter?

One has to feel sorry, looking at today's trading stats, for the unconditional buyer of $1 million worth of GCN shares at 2 cents. He sees the price slump to 1 cent and a massively increased sell to buy ratio. Paying up now will surely feel like pouring money down the drain.

Of course I am assuming that this investor exists, because GCN would not have told porkies to the ASX on 4th August.

It still astonishes me that ASX shows no interest in this ATO sword of Damocles hanging over GCN's head.
