What are these 10 breaches that you are mentioning?
I find it pretty hard to believe that the Supreme Court dimissed this and awarded in favour of EMA back in Feb this year prior to listing and then on appeal again they find 10 breaches?
Honestly, put some clarity around this and list what the problems are?
Just becuase another company raise a planit on another do you think they have any chance of success? Do you not think that EMA have carried out the required work?
This news is nothing new to the market, they were fully aware that these guys are making an opportunistic play at EMA.
