It all depends on whether the contract holds any water or not. If STTs contract holds and GTMs contract holds then I believe we will have a 50-50 split and both parties walk away sorta happy. STT needs this one much more than GTM. I doubt the original seller will get too involved unless they really have to are found to have sold the same property twice, well not really but you know what I mean, so then they could really be in the poops.
