Legal costs have been ongoing, however, should be finishing up in this QTR. Decision is pending, so hopefully hear something early next year.
Last CR/SPP was in June/Aug, raising approx $4.5mill. Some of that has been spent on the PFS, due Feb 2017. Still a couple of mill in the bank after that. Might need to raise a mill or two again mid/late next year if the PFS goes ahead, which i expect it will.
The DFS won't require anymore drilling, and will cost approx. $2mill, perhaps finished by Sep/Oct 2017.
