Today Genorah/Nkwe are off to the courts over the Tubatse farms.

The court will be in session very soon. I have been granted access to the Heads of Arguments by the Court but unfortunately due to the large size of the files they cannot be emailed to me. Very disappointed.

The good news is that judgements appear to be handed down much earlier than I was originally advised. We may see a decision within a fortnight based upon past practice.

The Supreme Court of Appeal advises......."Witnesses do not appear before the court, and the parties need not be present during the hearing of an appeal. A written judgment is usually handed down shortly after the argument"
