    as I've said before, the only thing that matters is the lease extension. All systems go when that is approved. I think the Mines Minister and Government would be making a clear statement if that was approved quickly.

    If not, Mr A will probably continue to bother everyone. Not sure what he could try next but I think it's fair to say that the Namibian Government might like a bit more involvement of Namibians (at the strategic level) in their mining industry.

    In my view sovereign risk remains an issue until the lease extension is formally granted. I suspect that is why the shares are so cheap at the moment.
