yokka, I respectfully disagree with your comments regarding sovereign risk. the minister for mining and energy has stated on public record that he will process MLS's EPL renewal application irrespective of the Notice of Irregularity lodged by Malakia's counsel. Any failure to do so will put him in contempt of the supreme court as he was a defendant in the proceedings, alongside MLS, and therefore he is also bound by the judgment which clearly shows MLS is the rightful owner of the EPLs.
