Yokka , you have been a long term holder of MLS , and I respect your views.
But mate ,it would be appreciated if you would take the black hat off for a moment and smell the roses.
How many aces do you need in your hand b4 you give yourself a chance of winning .
At the moment MLS has:

A ruling from the highest court in Namibia that it is the rightful holder of EPL 3308.

The applicant?s lawyer trying to tell the Supreme Court that it is incompetent (imo) (good luck).

MME specifically identified as a party to the judgment and therefore bound by the ruling.

A tenement reportedly containing Billions of $s worth of uranium.

A Canadian Company, with the tenement next door, reporting that they have found high grade uranium within spitting distance of where MLS has found exactly the same .

Uranium prices on the rise and up 50% this year.

All that Yokka , and you choose to give us your theory that the relevant Namibian authorities are going to thumb their nose at the Supreme Court?s ruling !

Not to dismiss you out of hand Yokka , I rang a prominent Namibian journo who has shown some interest in the case , last night to see if I could get some local perspective .
Here is what she said in reply :

Had she heard of any further developments this week ?
(A) No.

How is the matter being viewed locally ?
(A) Doesn?t think that Mr K is being given too much credibility for his actions.

What approach does she think MME will take to the Court ruling ?
(A) It will implement the Court ruling .

Notwithstanding the above opinion Yokka ?perhaps you may still be correct .

No offence Yokka , but have you tried Beyond Blue ?
