First of all I dont think its anything to do with the Supreme Court they have handed down their judgement in favour of MLS. As far as i understand it its basically the the registrar of the courts asking Mr A and his lawyer why he shouldnt throw out this ridiculous notice of irregularity. Their lawyer had until today to respond so hopefully we should hear something either late tonight or tomorrow.
