Yokka, MLS are no doubt waiting on the Supreme Court to formally reject the Notice of Irregularity. It took the Court seven calendar days to respond to the original notice when they asked Kasuto / Malakia to "show cause" why it shouldnt be rejected. Therefore I would suggest that an announcement from MLS on the matter is imminent, given the cut-off date for Kasuto to follow-up was on Monday.
