Wipe,IMO MLS applied for the renewal of their licences around Feb. 2008 , about 3 months b4 the renewal was due in May 2008.See Q report issued in April 2008 .
That is the application that has been PENDING the resolution of A's request for the tenements to be returned to him.
It is also the official status of the tenement reflected in MME's listing of EPLs
