red you dont seem to have any idea how courts operate. Forget about Namibia look at Australian courts how many times do cases get thrown out or criminals get off on technicalities when the courts, police and solicitors know the person is guilty. Thats how the courts operate they have to dot the I's and cross the T's and cant simply throw cases out even if they believe they are wrong, the facts have to heard before judgement is made.
