Prem that information is old and everyone here is aware of it what we are now waiting for is Mr A's final ditch effort to be thrown out which was the notice of irregularity. The registrar of the courts has already stated that there is no basis for this notice and gave Mr A 7 days to prove otherwise, the 7 days expired yesterday so we are all waiting for official notification from the registrar of the courts to confirm this. Once that's out the way it should be the end finally of Mr A. Then the next significant step is for the ministry of mines to renew the EPL's.
