Following an email sent to her I will try and speak to Ms Shickerling at the court today to see what decision, if any, has been made on Mr K.
As far as I know Mr K did not respond to the registrar`s directive to respond by 7 days with his `reasons`.
So the case is now closed.
MLS have won the appeal.
Full stop.
And now for the lease renewal.
I can`t for the life of me see why it wouldn`t be given. Namibia needs overseas companies and their capital and expertise to bring the country the prosperity it wants. Whats wrong with MLS?
I think this delay is because of slow grinding bureaucratic wheels.
