Redgkey, you are being alarmist and posting misleading information.
Erongo successfully applied to the Namibian High Court to force the Minister of Mining to renew their EPL for Nuclear Fuels and this was reaffirmed in the Supreme Court when the other party involved (and the Minister) appealed the High Court Decision.
