I have received a TOU for a post on this thread. I will not moderate as there are some new guidelines for HC : We expect debate between posters at times will be ROBUST yet RESPECTFUL. If you think a poster is wrong in their information please don't make excessive use of the TOU button. Also please don't respond with insults although constructive respectful criticism is OK. If another poster is wrong we would like to see you lay out all the correct fact as a counter argument.
The reason for the new guidelines is that moderators have become swamped with TOUs...many of these have been for very minor matters. Please see the new guidelines as set out in a post yesterday by HC admin :
