Although I cannot imagine what sort of further frivolous action our old friend could come up with, he looks as if he has now gone away for good ! The court is clearly understaffed and very slow and I think that we will have to be patient and endure the inevitable drift lower whilst we wait for the court to provide MLS lawyers with official confirmation of what we already know to be the case.Some of the nervous and weaker hands will be bailing out at exactly the wrong time in my view , but this may present a further buying opportunity.MLS cannot apply for the licence renewal until they have the courts confirmation, thereafter it will be a formality , however, I have no idea how long it will take to come through.Anyone unsure of the current position should simply phone the court and MLS.
