Of the 2 oldest members one, Kennedy, is right leaning anyway.
I don't think even in today's polarized America anyone in the Senate would think that a 6-3 Court will represent Americans fairly.
As for Trump's winning, you can call that a draw or at best a fairly small win, not a complete vindication.
People with a good reason to go to the US can still enter the country; which is what the law should have allowed in the first place. Who cares if they ban people who have never set foot there, he should be within his right to do it anyway, but there is no good reason to stop people travelling for work, attend uni if they have been accepted or to visit relatives, it makes no sense for the American economy anyway.
Another not so terrible idea completely botched because of amateurism and his Twitter addiction.
He could have scored a pretty good and easy win by being a little more pragmatic from the start.
