    Back to court for Richard and GoConnect Australia.
    (in liquidation)

    There is a Directions hearing on Friday the 4th in the Supreme Court.
    The hearing is a preference claim relating to money the liquidator is trying to recover.

    I think I might take the time to pop along and say hello

    Lets see if the ASIC is represented at the hearing.
