If the legal action was viewed by the OBM Board to be material, they would have said something
The OBM Chairman is an experienced lawyer.
The goldfields, wardens courts, and the main courts are full of such petty issues scheduled that very rarely see the light of day in a real court.
It is often an expensive negotiation tactic when an aggrieved minor party wants to settle/acquire unrelated assets.
maybe LP wants to weaken the price to try and buy??
