just throwing this out there....
would there be a reason why a major, or group of holders, could not also put an injunction on the sale of our assets by this current board, at fire sale prices? not talking about the GT3000, but referring to all the other auxiliary equipment.
if somehow we manage to stay as a drilling company, i sure as hell don't want to be in the position where we have to buy back all this expensive equipment.
what about all the gear that is supposedly on order? the bop system etc....have they just cancelled the orders and i assume lost deposits???
