    What I am hoping is this;

    The $15,000,000 Deposit is a 10% deposit
    Amgen Pay Unilife $150,000,000 less deposit for 19.9%
    That would then value Unis at circa $780,000,000
    Share Prices Unis $4.75
    Uns $1.10
