Why is that? is it because unilife is on the defensive and desperately trying to get this deal underway?
It seems either that's the case where unilife is begging for Amgen to come save their behinds and constantly trying to push for an agreement that'd more or less favour Amgen. If not at all.
I hope that's not the case and that they have great interest in each other's businesses and that they are just trying to fine-detail their agreement in way that maximises gains on both sides.
Investing in unilife is a really tough decision! Don't know a whole heap to be able to dump cash in it so I'm trying to research. But at the same time I don't want to miss out on anything big!
