i have looked over the last few years annual reports.

This company should be totally ashamed of itself.
How can so much resource have been not moved forward for so long.?

The positive is that zijin will be taking control of this.
So they either buy shareholders out, or shareholders get some positive development

Zijin are China No.1 gold producer.

What lays immediately ahead is for opportunists.
It is cheap now, but at the expense of loyal shareholders who obviously lost patience.
A disgrace that will follow management hereafter.
