I think the other thing that annoyed me was that i had already planned in my head what i wanted to do on my birthday (after all it is my birthday)and then others had forced what they wanted to do for my birthday onto me. Furthermore, they thought want they had organised was brilliant, i didnt!
Your birthday only comes around once a year and having the memory of the last 'suprise' burnt into my noggin and the annual fear of it happening again is not a pleasant thought.
