Im a non smoker, cant stand smokes but that's just me
From what i can ascertain, no one has done research in oz(at least in the last decade) on whether the average smoker costs more per lifespan than the average non-smoker, who of course is more at risk of living longer into old (expensive )age , requiring nursing care for longer, et etc.
Ill bet on recent costings the non smoker will cost more.
the cost is already prohibitive, perhaps Oz needs a 'everyone hates' fad to be comrades against
