Personally I think the states (NSW not included) run OK under Labor management.
It's the sort of problems that grow year on year that can be tucked under the carpet that are the problem.
Interesting the Labor induced debt problems accumulated in QLD that were raising their ugly heads meant Anna was forced to make a shift to head off the right by coming up with the sale of QR.
And that's the secret to Labors success, the amazing ability to morph in and out of positions to suit the times (pre and post election) or to throw for instance a lady to the forefront of the party ... it's like painting the room a new color over the old blood stains.
The Lib/Nats when they are a relevant option loose their edge because they are being mimicked across the road.
It's time IMO they dropped their principles of consistency and done the same if they want to win elections.
