    good sign and anytime now It's a good sign when SIM jump from 26c to 34c and Buffy is the only poster on HC. Could means serious buyers are accumulating instead of traders in and out.

    As SIM quarterly report stated, leases approval is expected anytime now.

    Buffy is getting lonely.
