Good question and the answer must be because.... not one other oiler in the world was interested enough to even low ball the tender !!
Like I said it is a good question. The surrounding seismic lots must have come up short of anything liquid.
I would have been much more excited if they got G3/50 and
from the SP reaction todate the market has seemingly walked on by....
