Hi If the directors do not get the dividend Who Does . Is it possible that the shareholder who sold the shares retains it ( If so he has done well ) or was the directors purchases option related or in house transfers In my opinion these questions need answering . Maybe they purchased them before the current run and have been slack in lodging their shareholding increases notice regards Towie
