No comment on SMR - but, the SB rail is a bit of a "days of our lives" saga.
The legislation to facilitate its possible development has now been passed - or updated from previous years - the rail project is now years behind schedule and will simply not proceed until the likes of Xstrata green light their big Wandoan project - I believe that's possibly a couple of years away, but let's all hope sooner.
I personally, believe it's been a poorly handled [rail] project from day one, as it was proposed by a mob who have zero industry experience and are big on making "cry wolf" statements now over MANY years regards a range of rail and related projects. The future fiscal return on the rail line to its own shareholders must be reducing by the day as the development time-line shifts outward!
Interesting to watch, one wishes them well and one day it might proceed - when others want it to - but there's not a lot to be impressed by - so MANY YEARS down the track.....
