    I'm not sure if anyone took notice of JP's recent presentation but he claims that Linc is the largest holder of coal leases in the Surat Basin specifically between Dalby and Chinchilla and he says

    "we are not moving quickly on those for deliberate reasons I might add"

    Anyone have any idea why? The Surat Basin is supposedly going to be the next big coal basin in Queensland.
