Has it occurred to anybody that Lind may be just trying to get some money back any way they can. They agreed to a CN of 3.5 cents for last March in the belief, like everybody else, that Granville would be into full production by then and 3.5 would be about the market value, meaning they would have either valuable shares or ANW would be earning enough to pay them back.
No news that Granville is actually producing at any consistent rate, if at all, meaning no income, meaning ANW will never be able to pay Lind back. The share price value has fallen to .009 because of continual company failure and nobody wants in. Lind has no choice but to convert to shares and sell them at a miserable price.
