Obviously the sp has fallen due to missed deadlines and dilution disappointed, however wouldnt call it failure, significant progress has been made albeit frustratingly slow and I wouldnt say noone wants in 50 million shares have traded at .009c in last 3 weeks and I for one am considering an re-investment....i can't be the only one!
If i was Lind i would be converting small parcels to recoup funds for break even or minimal loss, while knowing 700k of the CNS is free conversion capacity as interest on the $3.5 million and Ive already been award 25 million free collateral shares for my troubles, while lower the vwap to lower the risk of the remaining $3.6million. Nothing judgemental about it or synical, just good risk management.
