It is normal behaviour , unfortunately, for many junior explorers. Very ordinary management who are poor at Shareholder communication are endemic on the ASX . And whilst many are qualified (paperwise) to be company managers, a lot of them dont have sufficient experience to be any good at what they are doing. They bumble along and learn as they go. Pay good money, but you still get monkeys.
