Have serious doubts anything in the way of civil or mining pre construction has occured at the Taronga project as yet.
Can confirm community meeting has been held in regards to the project recently, results unknown at this stage.
Seeking further info via the local grapevine.

As frustrating as it is, DGR and ANW move at their own pace.
But news should flow from/prior to the Noosa presentation.
Unsure how the upcoming exit of BHP, Rio and Anglo from the thermal coal space may affect the civil and mining contractor base in the upper hunter.

One door closes and another may open.
The company may get lucky and award a contract for the earthworks to a local contractor with experience, manpower and the required mobile equipment at a competitive price instead of the usual contractor "mining tax" added. We may get more "bang for our buck" so to speak when they do decide to pull the trigger.

On another note, TNT mines have sold off their tin assets in Tassie.
A canadian company are in negotiations to purchase their tin assets in Eastern Tassie. Maybe there is renewed focus on the supply of tin from more "people friendly" sources, maybe more project sales are on the cards in the near future maybe, a "tin conglomerate" may form, maybe they'll buy ANW outright, maybe Stellar may sell too.

Venture minerals are looking to fire up their Tassie operations.
Cashing in in the iron ore boom.
They have interests in north western Tassie.
Iron ore and tin interests.
Interesting to see if they progress further or sit and wait.
The Iron gets them running, the tin is the icing for Venture.
