    Hmm… ok if you are so confident about your ‘goodbye APT’ when this passing surcharge issue once being legalised - I say there won’t be ‘goodbye APT’ !! Are you prepared to take a wager on this with me?
    If you are, then let’s say the loser ‘leaves the APT forum for ever’ (wait a second - this reminds me of August 2020 - does anyone remember it!?)
