If a customer comes via the APT funnel do the website, and at checkout has the option to use a normal payment method or APT for a 4% surcharge, what do you think they will choose? I am struggling to see the loyalty link here - assuming APT website is a funnel lead like you say, how does that translate to the consumer picking APT as the payment option if there is a surcharge? I imagine the customer journey could be a) customer finds shop via APT website b) customer buys a bunch of goods, and goes to checkout c) customer can pay via a normal method (e.g. paypal or CC), for 0% surcharge, or APT for 4%. Theres very few rational consumers that would choose APT

or.... d) the customer goes to another retailer that doesn't charge the 4% surcharge, and the sales and bottom line of the business that charges the 4% surcharge suffers by a lot more than absorbing the 4% charge while the "other retailer" grows their business.
