We need to see some volume coming into the stock, hardly anything trading and been stuck at these levels for months despite all the good headlines about Saudi's and vanadium. When we start seeing 10s of millions being bought into 0.7s and 0.8s again Ill believe we are on the way back, but been nothing for months and we have been getting good fundamental news about the sector almost weekly.
